Fundamentals of Change Management for the whole Organisation
Deepen your organisation’s understanding of change management and its value.
Program Overview
This experiential learning program is designed with the flexibility to align with ANY organisational groups that may require the fundamental concepts of change management and establishes how an effective, consistent, and integrated approach to change management can benefit the entire organisation.
The program applies and contextualises five tenets of change management to specific projects or change initiatives and focuses on a specific organisational group’s awareness and desire for change management—the first two milestones in the Prosci ADKAR Model.
Our team will work with your organisation to build and deliver a practical and interactive training and coaching day that meets the priorities of your organisation and the specific needs of the learner group.
