Jeff provides strong innovative strategic change leadership and has a proven track record planning and executing large scale transformational business, IT system and organisational cultural change.
As a founding Director of Change Enablement, Jeff is responsible for developing both strategy and operational planning for building change training and advisory services in the APAC region.
A capability specialist and Prosci® instructor, Jeff is experienced in the delivery of Prosci’s full suite of programs and has embedded change capabilities and competencies into organisations across government, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing and education.
Jeff collaborates with clients to design enterprise wide change enabling strategies and plans. He ensures that these deliver the individual learning pathways required for an organisation to build their internal competencies; driving leadership and high performance business teams that maximise return on investment and realise organisational benefits for their employees and customers.

John is one of our leading facilitators and presenters. He is also driving growth at Change Enablement with a focus on developing both our domestic and international presence.
His “anywhere, anytime” approach ensures his support for clients goes well beyond just the training we provide.
With over 20 years’ experience, John’s professional career spans industry sectors including media, telecommunications and consulting services . His professional speciality areas include business process design, change management, channel capability and people development.
Catherine Tam Thillainathan
Head of Commercial Operations in Hong Kong, Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor
Catherine is our trilingual Advanced Prosci Instructor and practitioner with over 15 years of experience successfully managing organisational change projects by facilitating Training and Stakeholder Engagement programs.
Prior to this, she was also an active Public Relations practitioner. Catherine has substantial experience in Retail, Banking, IT Consulting, Logistics and Mining Industries in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and other SEA countries.
She grew up in Hong Kong, studied in Taiwan and Australia. Currently spending time between Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom where she is participating in a Psychology and Neuroscience research program at King’s College in London.

Thanes Chelliah has 24 years of experience in financial industry with focus on multiple projects, and has created in-depth knowledge in operations, sales and marketing, projects, human resources, and business process where handling the people side was the most challenging yet fulfilling towards achieving result.
It has been Thanes’ forte and passion to manage the people side of change, as result is always determined by people – the key to empowering the business itself. She believes that the best results are seen when you have the ROI of change adoption which clearly shows the value.
Along with her experience in finance, she also has decades of experience in delivering various types of speaking engagements, training and consultancy, and work extensively to bring organisation to understand that people are the key to business growth. Her work exposure is not only limited to Malaysia but also to countries like Oman, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei. She works closely with clients to build the structure in implementing change across their organisation in various industries, ranging from oil and gas, telecommunication, government departments, and finance. Additionally she also work to define end value for change deliverables where it is needed for client.
Among Thanes’ many credentials are PROSCI Certified Train the Trainer (in US), PROSCI Certified Advanced Instructor, and Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
She is currently pursing PHD in graduate employability and skill requirement for IR4.0 at the International University Malaya- Wales.
